My wife and I have the HTC one. Recently when she records videos, she goes back to view the video in the gallery and it give a blank screen for a few seconds before throwing an error saying "Media file type not supported."
How is the file type not supported when it was taken on ththe phone itself? This doesn't happen with every video. Just randomly and without reason.
How do we fix this, and/or recover the videos that will not play?
