When I go to Facebook my video uploads are disabled.does anyone know how to fix this

Based on various tests we have performed, we have found that they have put a timeout & a various amount of settings which is why your videos can't get uploaded (unless you have a super fast broadband which can beat their timeout time) This is the reason why the video hangs. The web developer just needs to check the PHP settings, and coding to change the timeout/settings.
