View/edit/delete phone photos & videos from tablet

This is it.. Simple question. I want to use my tablet to easily view/edit/delete photos and videos stored in my phone.

This is what I tried so far:
1. Samsung stock "nearby devices" feature -> media from the phone will be display on my tablet gallery (ok!) but I can't delete or edit anything. Also, I can't sort photos by name, folder, etc.

2. Samsung sidesync -> work, but photos and videos are severely affected on the screen mirroring process losing much of their quality.

3. Es File Explorer -> I installed "Es File Explorer" on both devices and enabled "remote manager" on the phone. On the tablet I can navigate on the phone folder and view the photos. However, the photos do not have the correct orientation and there is no easy way to delete one photo (you have to close the photo, go back to the list of files, find the file and delete it).

Any solution?

Hmmmm simple answer it can't be done. It is doing what it say mirroring a image . you can't erase that way you need to go to the source of the problem and delete that way

Welcome to the forums, @ldmelo :)

I don't know of any good way to directly view/edit/delete photos on Device A from Device B. I manage it by automatically backing up all my photos privately to Google+, which means that those photos are instantly available in the Photos application on my various devices. This makes viewing/editing/deleting photos a snap - though I'm working in The Cloud rather than a specific remote device.

That may not be ideal for your needs, but it has served me well. :thumbsupdroid:
