View HEIC Photos on Android

I have a few .heic photos in Google Drive. The stock photo app can't open it. Is there any app that is able to view heic photos?

If i am right , you can only view heic photos on iPhone , not Android , they do not support photos in this format, after you convert to JPG, you may be able to see them on your phone.

FWIW apparently for support opening and viewing .HEIC and .HEIF was recently added to Android Pie 9.x
