View videos from Android on laptop

Hi guys. Anyone know how to get videos I've taken on my Android 3g Samsung onto my laptop to view? I tried plugging in my phone to laptop with usb. Don't have necessary software ? I downloaded RealPlayer on Laptop. Didn't work. Anyone know how to get pix and video from cell to laptop? Would appreciate any help. hoofinitup@gmail.com from Grace

I'm assuming you have a windows laptop. If you have windows media player, you probably just need to update your codecs. You can try this media pack that is found at the CNET website.

Just download VLC on your laptop of KMPlayer. Those will play anything.

Sounds like the windoze Android drivers are missing.

OP, can you mount the USB and not play the media, or not mount the USB at all? (I assume the latter).
