Viewing custom rom's before downloading them?

Is there a way or a app that allows u to view custom rom's before downloading them ??

Not that I have seen. Just go to xda-developers.com, and click on the thread for the rom you want. Usually the dev will post screenshots of what it looks like.

Or else go to Youtube and search for videos with that custom ROM. There are plenty demos/reviews.
