Help Viewing Hidden Folders/Files On LG Optimus F3

Newbie
I have an LG Optimus F3. In File Manager there is no option to view the hidden folders and files in settings. Anyone know how I can? Would likebto get rid of some trash I know is in there.
Thank You

Yeah I just noticed there were several in the store. I did and was able to find a load of thumbnail files. These devices are changing memory wise. To my recollection there use to be more internal memory in most Androids. Updates are more constant to popular and core apps. So constant that updates take up too much space.

Loads of stuff eats storage. It's like PCs suffered: increasingly few developers worry about efficiency or consider that the whole device's storage isn't there purely for their benefit (I'm looking at you Zuckerberg! ;)).

And while the average internal storage of high-end devices is increasing, the manufacturers are increasing how much of that they pre-allocate to their stuff (last year "16 GB" flagships left you 9-11 GB, this year "32 GB" flagships leave you 21-23 GB, so 3-4 GB more has been claimed by the manufacturer for their purposes, and I'll bet a fair bit of that is "just in case we want to make the ROM much bigger at some point" ).
