Viewing (local) Media on (remote) "Nearby Devices" Or DLNA

When I connect my Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 tablet to my Samsung Galaxy S3 phone or either of these devices to a DLNA device and then view my music files on the REMOTE unit I get 1 huge list of file names. In otherwords, even though the music files are organized by folders (album name) on the local unit the remote unit ignores the folder names complete. This results in a list of 2000+ song (file) names that is simply unusable.

Is there a way that I can organize the music files so that when viewed remotely I actually see the folders?? More important, is it possible for the remote SAMSUNG device to see or use playlists stored on the remote machine??
