Virgin and Boost Galaxy S3 for 259.99 at Amazon.com !!RIGHT NOW!!

Up to 309.99

It was one of Amazon's Black Friday Week, "Gold Box" deals, and was only good yesterday for 1 day, or until they sold out. I bought mine on Amazon a few weeks after it was released, and because of that, when I checked my email in the morning, I must have had at least 25 emails from Amazon asking me if I could answer questions people have posted about the S3. I had no idea why, then when I went to Amazon, I saw the deal and that solved the mystery.

I wouldn't be surprised if Amazon has at least one more deal on this during the holidays. The price may not be as low, or it could even be lower. I've been shopping on Amazon for a long time, and shop quite a bit, and have learned you always need to keep your eyes out for a deal. A lot of deals are never even announced or advertised at all, they will simply drop a price (sometimes a huge amount), and just as quickly they will raise the price back up.

This is why I don't but phones at full price anymore, when the price decreases, it doesn't do it gradually. Prices PLUMMET!

The Evo V was 300$, and in a few months dropped by 100$! Makes it hard to sell! :banghead:

I also think it's a good example of how the phones on contract carriers have prices that are artificially high and don't drop much for a long time even though most new electronic items start to drop in price relatively quickly after they are released.. Isn't it amazing how the price of a phone drops so quickly once it's on a non-contract carrier, but in the year it was only carried by contract carriers, the full price without a plan barely moved?
