VIRGIN EMAIL ACCOUNT Via GMAIL

I have Samsung Galaxy Ace and have tried to set up my Ntlworld email account in Gmail app.

I can create the email account in gmail but it will not sync

Any ideas

Did u go to settings: accounts and sync??? Theres a list there of email and fb acounts there...

Yes account is set to auto sync gmail

The Gmail app is for Googlemail addresses. I don't know your phone but look in the app draw for a standard email app rather than the Gmail app.
