Root [Virgin Mobile] Different instances of same app

IS there any way to have two different versions of the same app? For example, for a game, I can have two accounts. Opening one app gives me the first one, and opening the other gives me the second one. I have a rooted s3 and I have heard of this before

that might work with different mobile id using the stockbloat mobile id app or some folder added somewhere not sure never needed to do that before.
