They both work quite well. I prefer the TouchWiz camera because it saves to sdcard whereas Google camera doesn't. If Google cam had that option I'd use it over TouchWiz.

I'd say try them both and see which you prefer

i perfer touchwiz as well! but quality wise, i do see a slight difference

the touchwiz camera is leaps and bounds better, the framerate seems smoother in it as well, and the focus is so much better, more detail, I belive the google/aosp camera isn't optimized to even their aosp phones, like the motto x, nexus 4, they have good sensors, but the camera app sucks, heck if the galaxy camera had the google camera app, it would look bad lol

I wish there was a way to pull the apk and flash it on a different rom. :/

I love the TouchWiz camera personally. I'm always taking pictures of my kids, who don't sit still ever, and it simply sucks with any other camera. Google camera comes close but no blur at all with the stock camera. It's why I always end up back on tw.
