Well i want unroot my phone but i already took the 4.3 update before i rooted it and i don't like be rooted i want to go back stock unroot 4.3 so if someone can help me with it that would be great

If you're running SuperSU, there's a menu choice to totally unroot.
If you rooted with Kingo, run it again and the button will be labeled "Unroot" (and it will).
You don't have to change the whole ROM to get rid of a couple of files, which is all rooting is.
Now if you changed things around that you can't do if you're not rooted, you'll have to change those back - but that has nothing to do with being rooted itself.

so if i do the unroot can i do the factory reset to the phone or will that mess it up
