Root [Virgin Mobile] Mobile Odin Compatibility?

Hi I just got the S3 (coming from the Evo V) and I have a question. Is the Mobile Odin app compatible with the VM S3 (I heard it works for the Sprint S3) in rooting it and getting recovery? If so can someone explain to me how to do it? I wanna try and avoid using the PC version of Odin because I bricked my Intercept with it once. Thanks.

U have to root the phone first to be able to use mobile odin, but yes it is compatible with the s3. If u follow the rooting guide in this forum, u shouldn't have any problems.
