Root [Virgin Mobile] No Data

Lately I have been getting no data on my device at all. The weird thing is that it won't work until I force stop my voice mail account , then it works for about a minute then it cuts out again.... Has this happened to anyone else?

hmm the "update" is finished according to VM ,but I still get no data randomly
