Hey guys, I just got my s3 yesterday, activated from the phone and my sms doesn't work. I can receive but I can't send. I've roited it but it was doing it before that. Any ideas?
Are you on a brand new VM account?
I had that same problem when I first switched to Virgin a fee years ago. I called customer service a bunch of times and they kept giving me minutes and top up money until the problem probably resolved itself. They said it was because of some sprint tower upgrades (which actually were going on at the time). I think you just might want to call them up and see what they can do.
No I'm not. I switched from the s2. I've tried a factory reset (before I rooted) tried updating my prl. Even pulled the battery for two hours.Nothing worked.
