For Sale : ************LOWERING PRICE TO $125.00************

1 Month Used Virgin Mobile Optimus V Android Smartphone.

Such a nice phone, and what a bargain the plan is . . . . BUT, if you don't have adequate SPRINT coverage, it not a value. We have a single T-1 Sprint Tower here, and the signal a few miles out of the city drops. At home I have zero bars and 1xRTT. In the city, I have 5 bars, and a -62dBm signal with Full 3G. (We have very strong AT&T coverage here, so I went to the AT&T Version of the Optimus, and I'm happy with it).

SOOOOO, here's your chance to get a perfectly new (but used for 1 month) Optimus V.

I got a great deal on it 4/26/11 from the Nebraska Furniture Mart.
I am selling it for $125.00 SHIPPED! You must have a PAYPAL account.(confirmed)

I have everything that comes in the original box. I never tore the factory screen protector off, so you have screen protection (no scratches on the film either).

The phone is CURRENTLY activated and is in use. It has a phone number assigned to it (currently it has a Columbia, TN # - (931)334-XXXX.
The current airtime expires 6/3/11. The phone will stay active 60 days after the last refill.

You can change your phone number to one in your area using the account management on www.virginmobileusa.com. If you purchase the phone, I will change all the account information to YOU, and then you can add your own top-up. You will also receive the Pin # to the account. If you'd like, you can TEXT me at the phone number, and I'll reply, or you can CALL me on the phone until 6/3/11.

You can also port your # over to this phone, but that generally takes a while depending on the carrier (you will be responsible for that).

I have had ZERO problems since 4/26. and I've never had any of the data issues others speak of. (sometimes you do have to toggle airplane mode on and off to get 3G back, but it comes right back on). Once again, there are ZERO scratches on this phone and the factory film is still on the screen.

I will ship via USPS with delivery confirmation to a PAYPAL verified address.

PM me if you are interested in my offer. or if you have any questions! (or if you want a text or phone call).

P.S. Make sure you have great SPRINT coverage in the area you'll use the phone the most!!

Thanks for looking!
Greg

Lowering Price to $125.00 Shipped.

the airtime expires tomorrow (6/3), but the phone will still be active for 60 days.

I have already bought an AT&T LG THRIVE, so I dont need two phones anymore.!

Yeah, selling the Optimus. Are you still enjoying those batteries and accessories I sold you for the Inspire?

The main reason I went to the VM Optimus on sprint was there was no contract, 300 calling minutes, and unlimited text and data for $25 a month.....All this in an effort to get out of a contract with AT&T (AT&T has good coverage in my town, but still stuck on slow EDGE). Sprint, on the other hand, has good coverage IN TOWN, but 9 miles away, its very weak. Of course, this is a rural area. Out of my 300 minutes, I only used 80 of them. I used the "hotspot" feature of the phone more than a few times at work where I dont have an internet connection. So the OPTIMUS is STILL a good value, but i have 20mbps HSI cable internet at home, and I have a landline and a family members cell phone at home to use if needed.

I could NOT imagine being stuck in a 2 year contract with AT&T with the inspire $35 a month (that was on a family talk plan and the 2gb data pkg).
SO, here's what I did.

AT&T just launched the THRIVE. Its the SAME phone as the Optimus except with AT&T branding. I managed to get one of these for $129.
Its a GO-PHONE. I really dont care much about having DATA on the phone (and at first, I read that a data plan was REQURED on this smartphone....It is NOT!) It is wi-fi capable if it needs updating.

Being as I dont talk very much (as i'm losing 113 minutes of time tomorrow on my Optimus), I figured the go-phone would make more sense for me.
There are two options. $2 a day unlimited talk (only on the days you use it), or 10 cents a minute. I chose the 10 cents a minute plan. I could talk 250 minutes for my plan if I needed(for my $25). but if I dont use them all in 1 month, they rollover to a new month, so essentially 250 minutes of talk time will last me THREE months. If I run out, I can buy another $15 to carry me over (my plan still last 3 months)........

so, this is definately an at&t and verizon town, Sprint needs some improvement in rural areas.

thanks for vowing me as a good seller. i've already been dogged because i'm not an "ebayer"........I sell what I advertise, and ship quick!

Good talking to you again.!

Selling this already?

Bump for you, great seller fast shipping and beyond excellent communication.

Of course I am. Best Deal ever!

I talked to my brother about VM back when you mentioned switching to it but I don't know if he did. I know he was considering it. If he hasn't yet ill see if he is interested in this

If you brother has great SPRINT presence where he lives, It would be a great deal! (you know I sell top notch stuff!) :-)

i'm using the HOTSPOT feature accessing the internet right now. Not too bad for a phone tether!
