Root [Virgin Mobile] Tried to root, screwed it all up.

Hello all!

I rooted my S3 (Virgin Mobile), but afterwards it wasn't letting me connect to 3G or Wifi (it is stuck Preparing Network). Tried some various recovery methods but I think I wound up screwing it up even more. For example, I now have the "Sprint Zone" app, which I am pretty sure I shouldn't have.

At this point I would just like to get the phone back to stock, but can't seem to find the needed files or guide to do as such since the phone is so new to VM.

I just wanted to get rid of the stupid shutter noise. :(

Thanks in advance.

Have you tried booting to recovery (shut phone off, press and hold volume up, home, and power button) and resetting to factory/wiping everything?

My understanding is that as long as you haven't flashed a new firmware, this should take it back to stock. I'm not 100% on that though!

I tried that, but unfortunately I flashed what I now know to be Sprint firmware to the phone prior. So right now I have a factory reset Sprint phone, when it should be Virgin mobile.

Does anybody have the VM firmware anywhere?
