Root [Virgin Mobile] Upgrade md7 to ND8 or latest

I've searched and must be dense or not using the right keywords.

I'm currently on md7 baseband and want to go to latest kitkat touchwiz. Either stock from the update or Conquest: Singularity.

Read through the Singularity thread and saw mentions of (obviously) updating baseband to the new ND8/NDC, and saw a post that said it was all over here and XDA but I'm not finding them. Even tried a plain google search.

Could anyone point me in the right direction? Thanks
