Root [Virgin Mobile] VM Samsung Galaxy S3 Data Problems

I have a rooted, running on Stock Rom 4.1.2, Samsung Galaxy S3 the data failed yesterday around midnight. I turn it off and back on and it said updating apps. When it finishes it then tells me to agree to some terms i press agree and then it says preparing device for use. "Looking for network connection..." and it never does and then it says failed you must connect to use data. I have no calls now no messaging and no data. By the way it was Zact Mobile App and isn't that another carrier and my phone might have connected to it thinking it was programmed to that carrier. I really need my phone to work what do y'all think I can do to fix it.

I would try making a nandroid, wiping cache, dalvik, data and system, and then flashing either the Midnight ROM, or Ryder's ROM.
