To the best of my knowledge "BP_Fulfillment" means its still at the warehouse. The status "Awaiting Return Advice" means Fed Ex has picked it up and it's on it's way to you.
Mind you, none of this is written in stone as Virgin Mobile's setup leaves a bit to be desired and isn't 100% trustworthy. I had my replacement phone in BP_Fullfilment for over 3 weeks then out of the blue I get 4 packages in 4 straight days. All replacement phones for the original problematic Galaxy Reverb.
