I have just bought the Samsung Galaxy Tab A 10,1 tablet and it worked fine. Today.I opened Chrome, the virtual keyboard came up but is completely unresponsive. Is there a setting that I don't know about or is it a known problem. How can I fix this problem short of taking it back for exchange?
