Is currently busy talking about WannaCry Virus, How is that explanation ?,and Whether android phone can be infected???

Well, that's a Windows virus (.exe), so your Android is safe...

I was rather expecting to see all the school computers infected with WannaCry, and be showing that screen yesterday morning. But in the end they were ok.

@Daniel Fernandes is correct. I don't usually use Windows myself.
