Virus

INI files are used by Windows, and shouldn't usually be on an Android device AFAIK. Maybe something on your PC put them there, like a virus or worm possibly that's trying to infect other connected devices?

"dummy tracks" in playlists? Are they like MP3 files but they won't play? Again could be it's something on your PC doing it. There can be infected/malicious MP3 files that can be spread by some Windows malware.

INI files isn't really malicious, its usually just a txt file that Windows Software use but INI files can also be used by Android apps but its an xml file and is usualy stored in Android -> Data -> App Folder (and their infinite amount of sub folders lol).
