Virus?

Hi People

apologies if this is dumb question or asking on wrong forum, but have just bought a minigadget android tablet and have been running some anti virus software and it came up with Exploit.AndroidOS.Ratc.A superuser.

Should i be deleting this or ignoring, any ideas?
