Hi,
It's common issue that if you brick your bootloader on f16ref from Visson (goes for both 1GB and 512 Mb version), your prepared recovery sdcard will not work... here's solution (for reference see attached picture):
!! Do it at your own risk !!!
1. find firmware for which you know that worked on your device
2. create recovery sdcard as described in many discussions here or Google TV subforum
3. unplug and open device
(call someone to help you with step 4)
4. short circuit 2 pins on SPI chip (see picture - front panel is on bottom of the picture), insert recovery sdcard, press reset button and plug in your device to power. After second of two it will start to boot and install fw. remove whatever you used to create short circuit of 2 pins on SPI
5. rest of it do as usual, wait for firmware to be installed and that should be it.
WARNING: By opening your device you will lose warranty for sure, but you probably already lost it by flashing wrong firmware
