Visual Voicemail not working on Samsung Galaxy S5

Hello my visual voicemail is not working. When I receive a voicemail I get no notifications and the message does not show up in the inbox. The only way to access my voicemail is to dial my phone number. Can anyone help with this issue? Thanks in advance for everyone's time and help!!!

This same problem had affected my HTC Desire 601 for months. Updating the phone's PRL and profile (phone settings / system updates) might help for a few days, but then the problem would recur. Finally fixed for me when Virgin Mobile USA rolled out the Stagefright patch and system update several weeks ago. Has not recurred since.
