Help Visual voicemail on Cricket locks up Nexus 6p

When listening to voicemail on this app, twice it locked up my Nexus 6p and I had to restart the phone with a hard reset. Is this an issue with Android 6.0.1 or a buggy app. I Uninstalled it and can live without it. Just looking to see if I am the only one with this problem.

I'm still on 6.0 and have not received the update as of yet, I haven't even received the security patch update yet, LOL so I can't speak for that. I do have the app installed and have had no lockups to date, once I get the patch I'll report back.

Have you done a cache clear from recovery, to see if that helps ??

Always keep cache clear. Let me know if 6.0.1 changes things. I may reinstall later.

Keep us posted, I know I just got the Android security patch update, I have not installed it, If I get the 6.0.1 update I'll let you know, but Nexus usually get the OS updates first

I have never had an VM issues on my Nexus 6P
