Visual Voicemail

I've been having trouble with T-Mobile visual voicemail since I been back with them, It works at time but mostly doesn't it's nerve wrecking and am wondering has anyone have a solution? I experience it will notify me of a voicemail and it's not there I will have to call to retrieve it manually, and it want load allot of times.

Same issue. TMO voice mail is perhaps the lowest rated VM app there is and TMO couldn't care less. And this is after YEARS of crappy ratings.

I started using YouMail and it works great and even gives you a written transcript of messages (10 free transcriptions per month).
