We just got a Vizio and by using the cast icon in my swipe down menu, I was able to mirror my screen on My Moto G4 Play running Android 6.0.1. my sister has the same phone on the same Android version but whenever she tried to do it, it just said connecting for a while and stopped, I had already disconnected at that point and she can cast from the HGTV app but not her screen.
