Only one other major thing has turned on my 3-week old phone, LG Nexus 4: I've used VLC player at home for years now but only for video, so didn't know about the odd album art behaviour in VLC till I started using VLC Android.
It started because songs I put on the VLC on my Nexus have shown art I never put into the MP3s. I went searching for a solution but although there are things you can do for VLC for computers (for PC and I'm assuming MAC and LINUX, as well) there are hardly any settings that I can see on the VLC Android version, so I don't know how to turn it off on the phone!
VLC should default to not grab pictures from the net as but apparently it's ON as a default!! If there isn't an embedded picture that I put into the MP3, then I want the nice, plain ordinary VLC cone to show up (not for _any_ picture to do so from who knows where!!).
If one googles on this subject and reads some of the posts, sometimes very embarrassing results happen with this feature being on!
Has anyone figured out how to turn this off, by any chance? Thanks!
