Root VM Heap set too low. Phone won't boot.

I have a Samsung Exhibit 2 that's been rooted and I was experimenting with the app VM Heap. It lets you set the cache size that apps can use. I set it at the lowest setting and then it told me that I needed to reboot my phone in order for it to take effect. There is no warning on the app that says "do not set too low or phone won't boot up." When my phone restarts it gives me a force close message and says tw.launcher has stopped working.

Please, how do I fix this. I'm a broke 18 year old and can't afford a new phone. Thank you so much whoever can help me.

Did you make a nandroid backup? If so, you can boot into recovery and restore that and you'll be fine.
If not, you'll have to boot into recovery, wipe, and reflash your ROM. A bit of a pain, but a small price to pay to keep your phone chugging along.
