VOCC are not working

Hi,anyone can help me
My oppo r7+ got some issue in charging.
Im using its original charger and cable but when im charging,VOCC or fast charging feature are not working
The menu showing that same like im charging through usb or through pc/laptop
Anyone know how to fix this issue

Could be the charger is faulty, and needs replacing. It's only the original Oppo chargers that are VOOC fast charging though.

Maybe the VOOC charger is faulty and needs replacing?
