Help Voice Activation Problem

Hi

Does anyone have any idea why my note 4 will automatically turn on voice activation whilst the phone is locked in my pocket I can the bleep then I have to mess around unlocking my phone to cancel it

Only started happening 2 weeks ago

installed any new apps lately?

My Note 4 nor my S5 have ever done that.
