Voice and text recorder recommendation

I'm looking for a simple voice recorder for my android phone. Primarily use for a group of travelers to record who pays for what, and with what currency, etc. To avoid fist fights when settling accounts after the trip

Example: "Mary paid 300 pesos at restaurant BigFish."

Desired features:

- Easy to turn on/off.
- Messages saved as voice and text to phone's SD card.
- Messages time stamped.
- Can use when offline, i.e. no SMS or e-mail.
- Easy to set up for the above.

Dictadroid is a great voice recorder, but does not convert to text.

I also use a word processor app called WPS. I can dictate and it will transcribe into text, but no voice recording. I do find the process a bit slow because of cpu lag and needing to stop for corrections.

If there is a better app out there, I would be interested'
