I have a Question about my device ...

My device is Lenovo IdeaTab A2107A-H and Don't Voice Call feature.
If I update my device from Ice Cream Sandwich (4.0.3) To Jelly Bean (4.1), My device will has find this feature? If yes How to update Lenovo IdeaTab A2107A-H to Jelly Bean?
