Voice Chat from Android to PC ?

Is there any app that can be used for calling from Android Mobile to PC, without using more than 10MBs.
I know Yahoo Messenger Plugin is there to do so, but it eats-up the internal memory upto 20MB.
I can only donate 10 MB to an app.
Please advise.

Have you had a look at Skype?
Can't you move your App to your MicroSD card? Neil.
