Voice Command not bringing up requested playlist

I launch Voice Command on my Droid X (Android 2.1) and say "Play [name of my playlist]. The synthetic voice responds "Play [name of my playlist]. Loading." It opens the music player. And then stops, without loading my playlist. What's wrong?

This is really frustrating. I've googled this issue for 30 minutes and every thread like this is at zero replies in every forum

Also happens to me on Froyo. I voice command my playlist name and it says "loading" and then I get a message saying the selected playlist is empty

It's not empty, I can click-launch it. The worst part is that this used to work for me before I factory reset my phone in order to deal with an issue with another app! Please help!

still don't know what caused this issue but I formatted my internal storage and then did a factory reset and it resolved.
