Voice Dialer?

I did not see the Voice Dialer in app list. However, I can add a Voice Dialer widget to Home screen or link it to the Quick button. But it just hangs when I try to use it. Does Voice Dialer even work on L70?

I can use voice dialer through the Google Now/Search app.

"Call Jill"
Someone here pointed out to me that Now is easily launched with a swipe up from the bottom of the phone screen.

Good to know. I did some research last night. Voice Dialer was installed by default but it was hiden. So I guess LG knows it does not work.
