Help Voice Dialing

Gday Everybody,

Anyone get any voice dialing functionality out of this handset? I tried TopVoiceControl but she just errors out after launching it (installed the app, the Texttovoice lib restarted the device and negative).

If its already in the phone, well show me the error of my ways because for the life of me I can't find it. Or if anyone has any other voice dialer app alternatives, please share, again I couldn't find one.

I'm hoping this puppy can do what my v60 from 8 years ago could : )

I believe you need android 1.6 in order to do that, since the LG EVE has 1.5 and no voice recognition.

Something REALLY wierd happened on my LG Eve.

First day I got it I installed my Bluetooth (Jawbone 1st gen) on it and everything worked fine. It even had voice dialing.

Next day, nada! Voice dialing disappeared!

And my girlfriend was sitting right beside me and saw the exact same thing.

Went to Rogers, explained the problem, the guy at the desk never found the voice dialing on my phone, and I couldn't either.

i use to have a motorola v3t and paired with a t505 was awesome. getting the eve was disappointing for this. all i can do is accept a call it will tell me the number coming in. the only thing i can do is place the call then drive away with the hands free law now in full effect. a motorola simulator voice app would be cool for the markey, maybe 1.6 upgrade will help too.
