Help Voice Dialling Issues

Hi all.

Got the Xperia Arc S and having some issues getting it set up for using bluetooth in my car with hands-free voice dialling.

I currently have a great app called Voice Speed Dial which works perfectly in terms of taking my voice commands and doing the right thing. The only issue is that it's currently too much of a hassle to launch whilst driving.

At the moment, there's only two ways I know of to launch it, both of which have their issues:

1) You can launch it just by hitting the app on the main screen. However, I don't want to do this as it'll involve having to unlock the phone (with password) then open the app, etc. Too much handling, not good for driving.

2) You can launch it using a button connected to the earphones that came with the handset. I tried using this in the car, but whenever I make a call or receive a call, the call automatically goes through the earphones and not the bluetooth set in my car, and I need to push a button on the screen to switch it to the bluetooth set... again, too much touching and handling.

The app does have an option in its menu to launch it with a "long press camera button", but that never seems to work. I have it activated, but long pressing the camera button just opens the camera...

So I want one of the three following solutions, in order of preference:

1) Get the "long press camera button" option on the Voice Speed Dial app to work.
2) Get the phone to automatically route a phone call through the bluetooth set even if the earphones are plugged in.
3) Get an app which lets me re-map a button on the handset to launch the Voice Speed Dial app.
