Voice execution for apps

i was wondering if anyone knows of an app that has the ability to activate others through voice command? the stock voice search on my phone can launch gmail, messaging, google search, but not any of the custom apps like yelp or winamp or youtube.
anyone seen or heard anything that could do this?
