New phone. Have elected not to have Visual Voice Mail. I have the Voice Mail app icon appearing on my desktop, and I access my voice mail by dialing *86. Each time a voice mail is created I would expected to see a small number adjacent to the voice mail icon. I have none. Is there a reason? Thanks for help!
