You can increase the delay to 30 seconds on gsm systems. Have a look at http://www.geckobeach.com/cellular/secrets/gsmcodes.php
The all calls/if no answer command is the one to use. The [dest] is the no of your answerphone service.

Hi, it may be worth having a look in your 'call' settings. Some handsets - the HTC One included - have the option to check and change the 'unanswered' settings :-
1) Open call settings.
2) Tap 'call forwarding' - current settings are retrieved from the network.
3) Tap 'forward when unanswered'.
4) Tap current delay setting box.
5) Choose new delay.
6) Save and exit.
