Voice mailbox App for android

Hi,

I am searching for some light weight 'voice mailbox' app,
which can simply answer my call, while I am driving.

either allow me record a message, which will be played when i receive the call or allow me to enter a text and use TTS engine to notify the caller.

If it can record caller's message for me, as a audio file, that's too good.

otherwise simply playing some audio to caller would do.
