Voice recognition problem

Anyone having this problem - When using the OEM app for texting - when I say something like "send text to Bob running a little late" It recognizes I want to send a text but the "To:" field is left blank and the message reads "To Bob running a little late." It doesn't insert recipient to send text to and mistakenly starts the text with intended recipient's name. Any advice?

What you need to do is to say "Send text to Bob" (pause 1 second) "running a little late".

Yeh, I've tried all sorts of different ways / pauses to speak during dictation. Doesn't ever put a recipient in the TO: field. I think there's a flaw in the software. Suprised others don't appear to have the problem though.
