Voice recorder that can create index mark

I've been using the generic "Voice Recorder" app on my Evo to record interviews I'm doing for a journalism class I'm taking. However, I know that the newer digital voice recorders, like the ones Olympus makes, can also create index markers (or digital markers) on your recording so you can easily find key parts of the recording.

So far, none of the Andriod apps I've seen have this feature - Does anyone know of one that does?
