Hi
I've tried numerous Voice Recorders and for my purposes they're all OK except for one thing: when recording you only need to touch the screen and recording stops. This makes it very difficult to hold/point the mike at a sound source without stopping the recording. Furthermore, the on/off switch is on the side of my phone so when holding the phone by the edges to avoid touching the screen you risk touching the on/off switch and halting the recording.
I often see reporters holding out their phones with their clumsy mitts at ie press briefings just as you would with a traditional microphone. Can anyone suggest an app that might allow for this?
