I am looking for a voice recorder that will let me input a phrase that can later be searched and/or found by entering that phrase. And then be able to play the recording from that particular point. For example, if a lecturer is speaking about earthquakes, and it is 32 minutes into the lecture, I want to be able to type "earthquakes" and then be able to find it later without having to remember to forward 32 minutes or listening to the whole lecture.
