Voice Recorder to Text App

I've searched around the app universe and I'm having a hard time finding an app that functions as a Voice Recorder, but it also attempts to convert your recording into text. This would be very help imfho.

Is there anything out there?

Unfortunately there is nothing that'll do that. At least as far as I know.
